Keaton wasn’t about to hold back; he was even more furious than Shane.
When they fought the night before, he had pulled his punches out of fear of upsetting Winona. But today, armed with what he believed was concrete proof of Shane’s infidelity, he showed absolutely no mercy.
The two of them traded blows relentlessly, tangled in a vicious fight.
The chaos had erupted so suddenly that everyone was left stunned.
Other than Tarquin, no one even moved to break them up.
It wasn’t until Keaton let out a sudden, agonized yell that the rest of the room finally snapped out of their daze.
Seeing both Keaton and Shane battered and bruised, Winona panicked. Forgetting her pregnancy entirely, she rushed forward to pull them apart.
By this point, Tarquin had managed to restrain Keaton by pinning his arms. Keaton desperately wanted to keep swinging at Shane but couldn’t get his hands free.

In the wild struggle, his elbow accidentally slammed into Winona.

Mid-sentence, the realization hit him like a freight train. His eyes widened to the size

Still, no one paid him any attention.
Everyone’s focus was solely on Winona, including Tarquin’s.
Elysia helped Winona into a chair and immediately checked her pulse.

After checking her pulse, Elysia let out a long breath of relief.
