She looked at Jett with wounded innocence. “Dad, you don’t honestly believe her over your own daughter, do you p>
Jett shook his head, more at ease now. “Of course not—I know my own daughter. From what you’re saying, it sounds like she got the wrong idea because you and Silas were talking. That’s not your fault p>
He exhaled, trying to keep his
