William sighed deeply as he stood by the glass window, watching Carla undergo the same treatment that had helped Aunt Summer. The doctors had seen good results with Summer’s condition, so there was hope that Carla would wake up soon, too.

His patience was wearing thin. More than anything, William wanted Tim Clayton out of the picture for good. Only then could they all finally have peace.
Just then, Brandon walked in, holding a folder. “Good news,” he said. “A warrant of arrest has been issued for Tim p>
William turned to face him. “Dina gave her full statement,” Brandon continued. “She revealed some important details. It’s exactly what we need to finally build a solid case against Tim p>
Brandon opened the folder in his hands and gave it to William. “There’s more,” he said grimly. “Tim isn’t just guilty of fraud or covering up crimes. We’ve uncovered his connection to illegal medical practices p>

“Fear. Threats. And Tim had enough power and connections to silence complaints before they reached the authorities. But with Dina’s testimony, and these documents we recovered from his hidden clinic, we can expose everything p>
Brandon added, “The network spans internationally. We found accounts linked to offshore laundering and even buyers from foreign medical black markets. Tim’s crimes go far beyond what we originally thought p>
William shook his head, disgusted. “He’s not just a criminal. He’s a monster p>
“Yes,” Brandon said. “But now, we finally have enough to take him down. We just need to move fast before he disappears for good p>

At Lancaster Ancestral Mansion
“There they are!” Aunt Vernice called out, waving.
Rain smiled at the sight of her, arm-in-arm with her father-in-law. How many weeks had it been since they were away? Rain had already lost count, but one thing was for sure, she missed them so much!
“They look so good together,” Rain muttered with a wide smile. Aunt Vernice looked so excited, waving as their car approached.
The moment Rain stepped out, Aunt Vernice wrapped her in a tight hug. “Oh, my dear girl, welcome back. Look at you! You’ve lost weight, but you’re glowing p>
Rain let out a soft laugh. “It’s been an emotional few weeks, but I’m okay now p>
Vernice gently touched her cheek. “You’re stronger than you think p>
“It’s good to have you both back. This house hasn’t been the same without you,” Father Rock interjected.
“Oh Father, how come you’re glowing too? And you’re gaining weight too,” Rain teased.
Father Rock narrowed his eyes and turned to Alexander. “How are you taking care of my daughter-in-law? She should be gaining weight since she’s pregnant p>
Rain chuckled and defended, “Father, it’s not his fault. I’m just a little bit picky lately p>
“Ah, don’t worry! Now that you’re back, I’ll cook all of your favorites!” Sanya, who had rushed over to them, quickly intervened.
Then Rain and Sanya hugged each other tightly, as if they hadn’t seen each other in years.
“Tell me what you want to eat later, okay?” Sanya whispered with a smile.
“Hmm, maybe it wasn’t just your cooking that made me lose my appetite before,” Rain teased. “But now? Cook me anything, Sanya! I want everything you make.” She grinned, her eyes lighting up with excitement. She was clearly craving Sanya’s food.
Sanya laughed. “Alright, I’ll make all your favorites p>
As they walked inside the estate, Rain looked around with a warm smile. “Where are Aunt Melanie and Uncle Ben?” she asked curiously.
“It’s Aunt Melanie’s check-up today. They’re probably on their way back now,” Sanya replied.
Rain was about to ask another question when both she and Sanya froze at the sound of a familiar voice echoing down the hallway.

The shout was followed by a thud. Rain and Sanya quickly turned toward the entrance of the hallway just in time to see Father Rock stumble and fall to his knees. Aunt Vernice rushed over, panic on her face.
Alexander was already moving. “Father Rock p>
He reached him in a few strides, kneeling beside him and offering support as he helped the older man sit up slowly.
“I’m fine, I’m fine,” Father Rock said, waving off their concern, though he was clearly short of breath.
“You’re not fine,” Aunt Vernice snapped, her hands on her hips, eyes shining with worry. “I told you to schedule that surgery weeks ago p>
“I will,” Father Rock said with a small smile, his voice calm and full of affection. “Right after we get married p>
Aunt Vernice’s scolding expression softened in an instant. She looked like she didn’t know whether to cry or hit him with a pillow.
Rain rushed over, kneeling beside them. “Are you really okay p>
“I’m alright, dear,” Father Rock assured her. “Just got a little dizzy, that’s all p>
“Surgery? Why would Father need a surgery p>
Alexander’s question made everyone freeze.
The color drained from their faces. It was clear they’d all forgotten that Alexander hadn’t regained all his memories yet.
