She looked directly at Vincent.
“Harvey has been instrumental in coordinating our operations and security during this transition. He knows our infrastructure and staff better than anyone. I am promoting him to Executive Director of Operations, effective immediately p>
Vincent slammed his hand on the table. “You can’t just promote your security chief! He’s a nobody p>
“I just brought in the biggest client in our history,” Jocelyn declared, her voice rising. “I can do whatever I want. And I want the person I trust most making sure this hotel runs like a Swiss watch when the world’s media is watching us. Liam, you’ll be working closely with him p>

Jocelyn pulled her arm away. She leaned in close, her eyes cold.
