He took the crumpled paper and unfolded it slowly.
Zora’s eyes drifted everywhere, too embarrassed to look at him.
He wondered what kind of grades could make her this flustered.
From what he knew, she had been raised by Asher. Even if she didn’t study well, her grades shouldn’t be this bad.
Leighton stared down at the unfolded paper and fell silent.
Her total score was 642.
In most other schools, this score was good enough for a top liberal arts college.
But Havenridge High was different. It focused on all-round development. Students had to learn every subject thoroughly.
All students admitted to Havenridge were top talents selected from countless cities.
This heavy coursework was nothing for them. Even those who fell behind could catch up easily by asking teachers for help.
