The other students exchanged complicated looks, deeply unsure if they should buy Isabella’s explanation.
But Bianca immediately latched onto it, gritting her teeth in agreement. “It was pure, blind luck. I bet the principal forced Professor Warren to put on this little theatrical performance just to make her look good p>
“She’s a country bumpkin who didn’t even graduate high school. How could she possibly understand any of this? If she was actually that brilliant, why didn’t she take the entrance exams? Why does she always act so shady and avoid the question whenever someone brings up her grades p>

“Can anyone tell me what this is? What its medicinal properties are? And most importantly, how do we extract its active compounds p>
The students craned their necks, studying the plant with intense scrutiny.
