Zacharias watched them hugging and laughing right in front of him, their eyes meeting with a playful, knowing intensity.
When he saw Anneliese’s pale skin flush a delicate pink, a mix of jealousy and anger flared in his gaze.
“Let go of my wife!” Zacharias shouted, stepping forward to grab her.
Jonathan had already released her.
Zacharias did not even register on Jonathan’s radar.
