Jonathan glanced at his flustered wife, straightened his wrinkled shirt and suit jacket, and got out of the car. He’d asked Zion to bring the car earlier, then sent him away once he arrived.
Jonathan drove Anneliese’s purple Maserati and dropped her off at the lab building.
“Call me when you’re done. I’ll pick you up,” he said before she got out.
“Got it, I’m going” Anneliese waved and hopped out without looking back.
Jonathan watched her leave before heading to the office. By the time he reached
the office, AeroAir’s group chats were already blowing up. /
