Annabel looked surprised. She lifted her brows and offered a cautious, faint smile. “Why do you seem so unbothered today?” she asked.

“I am angry, but you’re not at fault. It’s just my jealousy resurfacing. Besides, you were trapped at the scenic spot all night. You’ve suffered enough,” Rupert said slowly.
