Frozen in shock, Abrial stood by, her expression one of sheer disbelief. She had not anticipated that her urgent assistance under Ashton’s guidance would lead to such a grave medical episode.
When Craig saw his grandfather suddenly spit out a mouthful of blood, he didn’t look worried at all. Instead, a trace of joy flashed across his face.
