Due to the delay on the road, they arrived after the other guests had already assembled.
Even though it was a small private gathering, the attendees were numerous, each wealthy and influential. As the Campbell sisters and Fraser ushered the group inside, all eyes turned toward them, intrigued by the newcomers.

Rosalie’s expression turned stern as she declared, “Ashton is my friend, and I personally invited him to this party. If anyone here feels you’re too good for this, you are free to leave. Otherwise, I ask that you refrain from gossiping and not spoil the evening for everyone else p>
