“Ask Selena?” Jenna didn’t quite catch Ashton’s suggestion initially.
It was only when a soft moan escaped Selena’s lips that Jenna realized Selena’s pallor was beginning to fade. Not only that, but moments after Ashton had removed the needles, Selena’s long eyelashes began to flutter, and she slowly opened her eyes, her body trembling faintly.
“Where am I?” Selena murmured groggily.
Jenna, both startled and relieved, responded quickly, “Selena, we’re still at school. You passed out suddenly. It scared me to death! How do you feel now? Should I take you to the hospital for a check-up p>
Recalling what had happened before she fainted, Selena offered a gentle smile and replied, “No need, I’m feeling a lot better now p>
Jenna, reassured, embraced Selena with excitement.

Her face flushed a deep red, and her heartbeat sped up.
