Even though it was hot during the day, the mountain got pretty chilly at night.
Sure enough, when she woke up this morning, she felt groggy, like she was coming down with a fever.

Honestly, if it weren’t for that, she would’ve used her “illness” as an excuse to drop out of the rest of this variety show today She was starting to realize that signing up for this show was honestly one of the dumbest moves she’d ever made.
Not only did she expose her real connection with Alicia before the time was right, but she also lost a bunch of fans and her popularity with viewers took a nosedive.
Worst of all, Nicolas, Caleb, and Nicolas all had a problem with her now.
Talk about a bad trade-off. She’d lost way more than she’d gained.
