Felicity sneered, “Your attitude to performance is truly disappointing.” She had not expected this to be the reason, and it enraged her.
Right now, Felicity had only one thought–since these trainees were refusing to pick her team because of her critique, trying to embarrass her, she had no reason to hold back. She went off on all twenty of them.
Sure enough, the twenty trainees all looked uneasy, but inside, they were secretly relieved. At least they hadn’t picked Felicity, or they would have no idea how much scolding they’d face on the team.
