Silas Vane finished recounting the first half of the story with colorful flair, eventually reaching the part where Roxanne Porter got burned.
At the time, they had been acting on Mira’s orders, keeping a close eye on Mara and Roxanne’s every move.

She had a pretty good guess as to what was happening. She called Harvey back
first, knowing he would give her the most objective update on the situation.
The moment the call connected, Harvey’s frantic voice came through.
“Mira, have you seen the news? I have no idea who Roxanne pissed off, but man, did they go hard. Starting at 1:00 AM, a new scandalous photo of her has been dropping online every single hour. Completely different pictures. Completely different guys, too. had my tech department look into it-they’re real, no Photoshop. I knew she was bad news!
