Under Adrian’s murderous glare, Mara slowly stepped away from the dining table. She stood trembling, waiting for the final judgment.
She knew her actions had been exposed once again. It had to be those idiots she hired—they were careless and dragged her down with them. She also blamed Shane Porter for constantly demanding she do his dirty work.
