As soon as her cell signal returned, Mira immediately called Harvey Rivers, instructing him to organize a few soldiers and arrange the transfer of the hostages.
Dominic West had already sorted out the safe house addresses and vehicles.
It was already 3:00 AM, and Mira’s team needed to assault the villa before dawn broke.
If Mishka’s father hadn’t been killed by Hank’s contacts and decided to turn around with his armed forces, things would get incredibly messy.
At first, their strategy for attacking the villa was roughly the same as the hospital: have the snipers take out a few waves of sentries.
But the hospital’s high-voltage fence had experienced brief power outages, giving Mira’s team the window they needed to quickly snip through the wire.
The villa was different. The electric fence was constantly live, and judging by the color of the indicator lights, the current was only getting stronger.
There were only two gates to the villa, and neither the front nor the back had any explosives buried nearby.
Because of this, they couldn’t just blow up the fence like they did at the hospital. “Let’s just throw bombs at the wire,” Callum suggested.
“That won’t do much. Their fencing is high quality, and with the gaps in the mesh, the shrapnel won’t have a significant impact. Plus, we didn’t bring that many explosives, and they have three layers of fencing,” Owen pointed out.
“Let the snipers thin out their numbers first, and get more wire cutters ready. I might have a way to shut down their grid p>
“You? How?” The two lieutenants looked at her in surprise.
Mira explained how she had hacked into their system a few nights ago.
“Incredible. You’re seriously amazing p>
Once the snipers had cleared a few sentry posts, Mira hacked into the system, decisively cutting the power and disabling the security cameras.
The soldiers in the back already had their wire cutters ready. In no time, a gap was snipped through the first layer of the fence.
Just as they were about to cut through the second layer, the power suddenly surged back on. The soldiers immediately leaped back.
“What happened?” Master Ellis asked.
“They flipped the breaker back on. If we can control it, so can they,” Mira said.
She immediately shut it down again. “Hurry, cut it as fast as you can p>
A minute later, the power returned. But by then, the second fence had been breached.
Mira killed the power once more, a fresh wave of vanguard soldiers stepped up, and they went to work.
Half a minute later, anticipating the enemy would flip the switch again,
Owen ordered them to stop to
prevent anyone from getting
electrocuted.
Then, Mira shut the power down one last time, allowing them to finally break through
the third layer of the fence.
At this point, flipping the breakers back on was useless for the enemy.
What followed was brutal hand-to-hand combat.
Although the enemy had superior numbers, the effects of the sedative quickly took hold, and they were swiftly defeated and eliminated.
Seeing the grounds littered with the

detained by Mira’s group.
Just then, a person dressed as a maid hurried out of the house. “Have you rescued
my son?” she asked, looking at Mira.

That entire crew of evil doctors and enforcers was dead.
