“Hey, did you two forget I’m still here?” Dorian finally called out, tapping his knuckles on the table.
Helena’s face turned bright red. She quickly pulled her gaze away from Alden and shot Dorian an awkward smile. “Well… I also wish the Morrison Group all the best moving forward p>
Seeing her flustered, Dorian couldn’t help but tease. “Guess I’ll have to rely on you to speak up for me, Helena! If Mr. Wilson ever comes after me, I hope you’ll ask your husband to cut me some slack.” As expected, Helena’s face turned even more crimson.

Dorian felt like he’d been struck again.
He stared at Alden’s playful eyes, unable to say a word. After a pause, both of them burst into laughter.

Humph. Alden had tried to stir things up with him using Valeria moments ago. Now, the tables had turned, and it was Alden’s turn to face some playful trouble. Though Alden knew Dorian was just messing around, he couldn’t hide his irritation. His face grew cold as he shot Dorian a harsh look and firmly told him to leave.
Dorian just grinned, shoved another bite of steak in his mouth, and casually walked off as if nothing had happened.
