That same night, Elyse had shadowed Colton as he quietly followed Kristine, and even after he finally returned to the hotel, an unease she couldn’t shake continued to haunt her. When she heard that Kristine would appear on Antique Matchup, she immediately asked Colton to use his influence and get her onto the show as well. With his promise of marriage on the line, she couldn’t afford to let anything slip out of her control.
Eve had gathered everyone today simply to let the guests grow familiar with the studio before filming began. After everyone enjoyed treats from BloomBake and Sweet & Savory, they had a chance to explore the set and settle in.

Kristine gave a slight nod and stepped out into the lobby before anyone else. Tripp followed, guiding Asher’s wheelchair close behind her.
That left Elyse standing alone inside the elevator.
She watched them walk away, biting down in quiet frustration. Asher’s attitude seriously got on her nerves. She was Colton’s fiancée — yet here she was, stuck holding the elevator door for Kristine.
Stepping outside the TV station, Kristine immediately spotted Colton leaning against a gleaming Rolls-Royce, exuding effortless confidence. His tall frame and sharp features naturally drew every eye — he seemed to attract admirers without even trying. Even the station staff, accustomed to the constant presence of celebrities, couldn’t hide their awe as they snuck glances his way.
Despite the attention he commanded, Kristine felt nothing for him now. She knew perfectly well that Colton had come for Elyse.
