He refused, since she’s not permitted to leave Gridron, but while his guard was down she managed to grab his car keys. She’s on her way to the airport now. A frigid, merciless look crossed Colton’s face. “Get in touch with Justin. Tell him to handle the police.” He ended the call and fixed Brent with a glacial stare. “You’ve overstepped.” Without another word, he walked out.
