Donna and Callum were out walking their cat, Aus, who, unlike most cats, enjoyed exploring outdoors. Concerned that Aus might wander off, Donna regularly walked him, which benefited them both. Suddenly, she spotted Yelena from the corner of her eye.
Donna excitedly nudged Callum. “Look!” But by the time Callum turned, Yelena and Austin had already disappeared inside the house.
“What am I looking at?” Callum asked.
Donna sighed. “I told you to look quickly! You’re always so slow p>
Callum squeezed Donna’s hand, smiling. “That’s because you’re the only thing I see when I’m with you. Nothing else catches my eye p>
Donna blushed, feeling bashful. “Stop it p>
As Donna’s cheeks pinked, Callum was reminded of the early days of their relationship. He leaned in for a kiss. Just then, a voice interrupted.
“I finally found you guys p>
Donna stiffened and quickly pushed Callum away, her embarrassment palpable.
Thwarted, Callum turned to Dina with annoyance. “Can’t you wait until we get home p>
Dina looked taken aback, her expression awkward. “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to interrupt p>
She hesitated, but then added, “I just baked some pastries and wanted you to try them while they’re fresh, but I couldn’t find you p>
“Oh, pastries? Donna makes those too,” Callum replied, his tone slightly boastful.
Donna gave Dina an apologetic smile and tugged at Callum’s sleeve.

Callum gazed at Donna in bewilderment, only to catch her winking at him. She was silently urging him not to say anything out of line.
Dina had kindly brought over homemade pastries, yet Callum was annoyed because she had interrupted his kiss with his wife. Likely, Dina would misinterpret his mood and feel uncomfortable.
It was always a challenge for sisters-in-law to bond, even without unpleasant incidents.
Callum understood Donna’s intentions but couldn’t shake his irritation. He and Donna had been enjoying their time together until someone disrupted the mood. Wasn’t he entitled to his feelings?
Dina offered Callum a melancholy smile and said, “I’m sorry I disturbed you. I’ll be leaving now p>
Without waiting for a response from either Callum or Donna, Dina turned and walked away.
Watching Dina’s retreating figure, Donna suddenly felt a pang of sadness.
At that moment, Donna noticed a pressure on her hand. Looking down, she realized Callum had grasped it.
Donna squeezed Callum’s hand in frustration, yet she didn’t pull away.
“What now?” Callum asked, looking down at Donna.
“Look. She’s really upset,” Donna replied.
Before Callum could respond, Donna added, “And think about it. How would you feel if someone treated me the way you treated her?” Donna always believed people should treat others as they would like to be treated.
Callum scoffed. “If anyone dared to treat you that way, I will make sure they regret it p>
