Yelena’s words detonated like a bomb in the room.
“What? Austin?” Everyone’s eyes widened, jaws practically hitting the floor. No one had seen that coming. Bella, too, was stunned. Her nails dug into her palms, and her teeth sank into her lower lip as anger simmered beneath her skin. Bella was practically seething. Could Yelena really have a connection with Austin?
If it were anyone else, the Harris family would’ve been quick to disapprove. But Austin? The man was practically royalty. They’d be tripping over themselves to encourage Yelena if it meant a link to him.
After all, Austin was the crown jewel every family dreamed of snagging!
