Chapter 202:
Anger painted Matias’s face as he retorted, “I put effort into tracking all of this down. Why are you so sure none of it’s real p>
“You just admitted you found it online. Are you honestly convinced everything posted there is reliable?” Kelsey said.
Not another word left Matias after that.
Meanwhile, Amelia skimmed through the stack of documents, unaffected by the conversation between Kelsey and Matias.

Kelsey said to Amelia with a sigh, “I already mentioned these details are fake, so what’s the point of reading them p>
“It doesn’t hurt to check things out. Sometimes there’s a little truth hiding among all the fake information,” Amelia replied.
Kelsey did not refute this.
Despite Matias’s effort, nearly everything he’d compiled was wrong, except for one small fact. It turned out Jerry had studied at Kretol University before he left the country. That part checked out.
A flicker of surprise crossed Amelia’s face when she learned that. She hadn’t expected the CEO of Summit Capital to have attended the same university as her.
Matias’s conversation with Kelsey seemed to light a competitive spark in him, prompting him to say, “Ms. Finch, since you seem so certain about my research being worthless, you must know Jerry pretty well yourself. Why not share something real about him? Or are you as much in the dark as the rest of us p>
Though Kelsey saw exactly what he was trying to do, she couldn’t hold back and began recounting a series of stories about Jerry to Amelia and Matias.
While Amelia made her way to Hans, Rory went to the Flynn Group. Ricky, emboldened by the edge Wyatt’s chip had given him, had recently landed deals he had never thought possible, and his confidence was at an all-time high. News of Wyatt’s accident had reached him, though the details remained a mystery, and he didn’t dare probe too deeply.
When the receptionist announced that a Mr. Stewart wanted to meet him, Ricky wasted no time and told her to send the visitor up at once.
When Ricky saw Rory, who was just a stranger to him, he asked, “And who might you be p>
“Good afternoon, Mr. Flynn. My name is Rory Mills. I’m Wyatt’s half brother,” Rory said.
