Kailey hurriedly set her phone aside, changed clothes, and headed out.

Kyson sucked in a breath, caught off guard, but stayed silent.
He braced himself for Karol to start defending Kailey — but instead, she leaned in and lowered her voice, as if sharing a state secret. “Well, it’s too late for second thoughts now! What matters is that you two share a bed tonight. I’ve actually been coming up with ideas to help you make that happen p>
Kyson couldn’t stop himself from laughing at Karol’s words. “Karol, maybe you and my mom should take a break from those romance novels. Life doesn’t work like the stories you two read p>
