She knew Zaria wanted Gregg. If this situation was tied to him, staying out of it would spare Zaria more trouble. “People choose different paths. I respect hers. I won’t force her to see things my way. Just like you won’t abandon what you believe. Neither of you is wrong,” she added.
Caleigh looked at her for a long moment. Then she gave a quiet snort and said nothing else.
